Cumbria County Council Select OnePoint Solution

Cumbria County Council have selected the OnePoint mobile survey solution to gain feedback from visitors to their stand at the Local Government Association Annual Conference (1 -3 July), an event which brings together 2,000 of the leading players in councils, central government, partners and business.

Visitors will be asked to text the word 'Cumbria' to a designated number to participate in the survey, which is designed to find out their views on Cumbria County Council’s presence at the event.  The visitors’ text message will trigger a short two question survey and provide the opportunity for all the participants to win a hamper of Cumbrian goodies.  All text messages are FREE to send and receive.
