Neil Jessop - Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder of OnePoint, Neil is responsible for the strategy and management of the business.
Neil brings to OnePoint experience in the management of software and service businesses,
combined with an in-depth understanding of the customer acquisition cycle.
Prior to founding OnePoint, Neil founded and remains as a Board Director of Entrust UK,
an innovative professional services business launched in 2003 whose clients include Aviva, Schroders, Argos, and Sky.
Entrust UK has over 150 employees and was a finalist in the 2006 Daily Telegraph Business Innovation Awards.
Previously, Neil was EMEA director of software sales for Thomson Financial, responsible for the sales teams and
targets across the region as well as formulating strategic alliances in order to target and produce revenue streams from new market sectors.
Neil’s sales career began with Compaq (now HP), where he was the youngest senior sales manager in Compaq’s EMEA history;
leading a sales team to achieve an annual sales target of £30 million.
Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Nottingham.

Dr Tim Snaith - Chief Research Officer
Tim Snaith is co-founder of OnePoint and focuses on the design and development of the OnePoint mobile research and feedback service.
Prior to founding OnePoint, Tim was a consultant specialising in operational diagnostics, and change management for clients such as Deloitte, Lloyds TSB, and HSBC. As principal consultant at Cape Consulting, Tim specialised in customer service excellence for clients including Bank of Ireland, Allen & Overy, Shoosmiths, British Council, The Rank Group, Norwich Union Insurance, Citroen, and Virgin Airlines.
His consulting experience across multiple industry sectors and functions proved that the challenges in gaining real-time and rapid market insight, employee and customer feedback were the same for all organisations. This is the driver behind the OnePoint service.
Tim’s speciality is delivering innovative strategic and operational solutions that deliver measured tangible commercial benefits.
He holds a PhD from the School of Management at the University of Surrey, a MSc. from the School of Public Programmes at Arizona State University, and a BA (Hons) in Planning Administration from Leeds University.

Doug Morris - Chief Technology Officer
A co-founder of OnePoint, Doug’s expertise provides the solid technology foundation that underpins the service.
Prior to his current responsibilities, Doug founded INDIANCAMP Ltd, an IT consultancy
supporting a wide range businesses in delivering all aspects of IT services,
from infrastructure delivery to software design and development.
Previously, Doug was UK E-Commerce manager for RMC Group (now CEMEX) where he managed a team of business analysts,
project managers and technical developers engaged in the design and delivery of E-Commerce systems.
Having established himself as a Microsoft Development Partner, Doug is responsible for the design,
implementation and management of the infrastructure, applications and support requirements for the OnePoint solution.
Doug’s expertise lies in system and solution development based on the needs and expectations of the end user,
ensuring the best possible customer experience. Applying these skills to the OnePoint service ensures that the
sophistication of the design translates into simplicity for the user.
He holds an HND in Computer Science and has worked in computing and online design for over 25 years.

Jim Schwab - Senior Vice President of Business Development
Jim is responsible for OnePoint’s business development in the USA and Canada. Jim brings to OnePoint
more than 20 years’ sales and marketing experience spanning market research and social media.
Prior to joining OnePoint, Jim was Vice President of Business Development at start-up company Techrigy
(since acquired by Alterian). Upon joining the six person company with ten clients Jim was instrumental
in growing the client base to 150 clients in six months.
Previously Jim spent eight years in senior sales and marketing management roles at Harris Interactive,
the 5th largest global market research firm. As Senior Vice President for global sales and marketing,
Jim built the marketing and sales teams from the ground up. A strategic and tactical thinker, Jim has
implemented numerous product solution launches, go to market plans and numerous other organic,
partnership and acquisitive initiatives.
Jim started his career in direct sales where he advanced through the ranks to lead regional sales teams
and major global account programs at Domino Printing Sciences. While living in Europe in a global
product marketing role Jim conducted the first ever market research project which led the company
to change culture and direction to evolve into a service and consumables provider and away from
manufacturing.
Jim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from State University of NY College at Brockport, NY
